Identify possible hotel sites, the convention is normally held the first week in June, 

however the second week in June is also a viable alternative, as are the choice of hotel venues.                                                                                                                       N/A


Provide a live band for the Saturday evening (incl. all associated AV equipment
Provide a DJ for the Thursday and Friday evening (incl. all associated AV equipment     $5,000 Max. for all three nights (Thursday – Saturday)


Host the Davie Cooper Memorial golf tournament and any excursion tours for Friday day time         N/A
Friday night raffle draw and prizes                                                                                                                    N/A
Any expenses over and above those listed above                                                                                         N/A
Centre pieces for banquet tables (if required)                                                                                               TBD

NARSA Responsibilities

 


Negotiation of any contracts associated with the convention hotel
All on going contractual discussions with the convention hotel (after contract signing)
All expenses associated with the official Rangers FC delegation party in attendance
Selection of and all expenses associated with the MC for the convention
All communications with Rangers FC
All monies associated with the convention functions at the hotel
All hotel bills incurred by NARSA only (e.g. food, Saturday evening VIP room, head table beverage, etc.
Provide a flute band for the Friday evening (Note: if the host club are hosting a “leaving event”, discussions with the flute band about attendance will be required)
Hiring of security for all three nights (if required)
Thursday and Saturday night raffle prizes
Hosting of VIP reception on Saturday prior to the banquet

(Note: host club organizing committee and spouses will be invited).


Av equipment for Saturday A.G.M. and answer and question period.
Annual General Meeting, and subsequent question and answer session with Rangers FC delegation
Attendee gifts (e.g. medallions, centre pieces, etc.)
Source, print, receive and distribute tickets for the convention events
Organizing merchandise tables for the Thursday (NARSA only),

Friday night (all clubs) and Saturday morning (prior to and post AGM – all clubs)
